This is a very popular mode of transport – put your luggage on the train, sit in comfort with both UK and French plugs by the seats, and read, sleep and eat whenever you like, taking advantage of the excellent buffet bar on the Eurostar, department from either Waterloo or Ashford International. From Moutiers, there is a transfer time to the chalet of just 20 minutes and a taxi can be waiting to collect you!You could even have an extra day’s skiing if you book a late train back………….!

Another popular option is to hire a car from the airport. Hire cars are normally fitted with snow tyres and as the roads are cleared regularly there is usually no need to use snow chains. HOWEVER, make sure that snow chains are provided just in case they are needed and do not forget to confirm whether you need ski racks on the roof.
